I would say it depends how extreme you are? A lot of air shocks are now fitted to enduro extreme bikes which are equivalent to what would be called freeride bikes, having around 160 - 170mm of travel. The monarch 4.2 is a high volume shock so it can defiantly take a battering on jumps and drops etc.

I originally posted them at £130 then reduced them to £110 Im going to be honest now I can't let them go for less than about £90 because there near as dam it brand new if no one makes me a decent offer for around £90 ill keep them!
